Sarfo of Styles is to showcase Saturday, July 16 at Africa Fashion Week New York. AFWNY, produced by Adirée, is set to take place July 14th, 15th, and 16th at the Broad Street Ballroom in New York City's Financial District.

Women's pieces made of wax print fabrics are his signature. Sarfo creates garments with color and patterns that reflect Ghana's recent growth. Ghana's economy is expected to expand by 15% this year according to The International Monetary Fund (IMF). With his heritage as a backdrop, Sarfo creates designs that embody everyday couture.

AFWNY includes runway shows hosting 21+ designers from various countries in Africa and those of the African Diaspora, exhibitions, and industry networking events. AFWNY is strictly invitation only. Opening designer Korto Momolu and designers like Washington Roberts, Saint Wobil, AAMAA Couture, Bill Witherspoon and others will showcase. Sponsors include PopDrum, Mo-Saique, AveYou, Makari de Suisse, John Ashford, and Avaloni Studios.

Sarfo of Styles is inspired by Ghanaian heritage and culture though Sarfo currently resides in the US. Sarfo of Styles has been the official line for Miss Universe Ghana Pagent from the year 2000 to date. Sarfo has dressed TV personalities and has been showcased in many shows.
