Some collections at the ongoing London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013 are being presented in a unique way. Apart from the classic runway shows, the sartorial event features 3D films showcasing various ensembles created by eminent fashion designers participating in the fashion week.

Stereoscape Ltd., the Finnish stereoscopic 3D production services company, has collaborated with the London based pop-art fashion label Rodnik Band, women knitwear specialist Callioppe and stylist Andrew Ibi of The Convenience Store to showcase apparel collections and other archived pieces of LFW in 3D forms.

Shot in London, the 3D films feature upcoming models strutting in eclectic designer wear. The movies highlight the details, textures, shapes and volumes of intricately crafted garments and accessories, adding a special intensity to the ensembles.

Rodnik Band's first 3D film 'Museum of Wearable Art' presents a surreal gallery of wearable art where the models are seen wearing artwork sequin dresses. The film is directed by Laura Hypponen and produced by Charlie Stanfield.
