New venue for Baltimore Fashion Week from next year

As Baltimore Fashion Week (BFW) enters into its 6th production year locating a host venue was a key priority for this organization. With the compliments received from this year’s event, it was imperative for the production team to make sure the 2013 location was just as nice as this year’s.

With that information in mind, the decision was made to reach out to the Hilton Baltimore North/Pikesville to inquire about possible host venue real estate for upcoming production years 2013 and 2014, respectively.

“This was an easy decision. It was key that I find a venue to capture the same essence of excitement our guests displayed this year. Actually the decision to stay at the same venue was a no brainer.

“In meeting with the Sales Director, we collectively planned the entire five (5) day event for years 2013 and 2014. After working with the Sales Director and its staff during this year’s production it was evident that working together on the planning phases would be an essential component for the continued success of BFW. We are so excited,” stated Nixon.

BFW2013 will kick off its event schedule at the Hilton Baltimore North/Pikesville with a celebration soiree entitled, “Botanical Fashions” on August 7, 2013 in the Triple Crown Ballroom. Immediately following for the next four (4) days will be fashion runway events from August 8-11, 2013 in the Preakness Ballroom. All events will start at 8:00 p.m. each night.
