Beauty company COTY seals licensing agreement with KOSE

Cosmetic Company Coty Inc and KOSE Corporation have concluded a licensing agreement regarding the manufacture and distribution in Japan of RIMMEL, a cosmetics brand owned by COTY.
Accordingly, KOSE will both import RIMMEL products made in the U.K., and also initiate production based on the licensing agreement, with a launch in the Japanese market in September 2006.
