CPM Moscow cheered by sixth record buyers attendance in a row

Mar '06
CPM - Collection Premiere Moscow, the Russian fashion exhibition staged by German exhibition organizers IGEDO Company and Messe Duesseldorf, has been added a new chapter to the success story of CPM Moscow.

The event, which took place from 28 February to 3 March 2006, attracted some 15,800 registered trade visitors, up 32 percent compared to the same event last year from all regions of the Russian Federation and extremely satisfied exhibitors.

Organized by the IGEDO Company, a company of the Messe Düsseldorf Group, CPM Moscow further strengthened its position as the largest and most important international fashion fair and fashion trading platform in Russia and Eastern Europe.

The ongoing economic upswing and consumers' penned-up demand have drawn the attention of above all foreign fashion labels to the Russian market.

During the four days of the trade fair exhibitors from 29 countries occupied 30,750 m² exhibition area presenting more than 1,000 Autumn/Winter collections for the segments of women's, men's and children's wear, young fashion and lingerie.

The trade fair once again included numerous specialist-retail focused labels and international top brands such as Bäumler, BRAX, Bugatti, F.W. Brinkmann, Frank Walder, Gardeur, Laura Biagiotti, Lerros, More & More, Praha, Seidensticker and the Italian Miroglio Group. For the first time, the likes of Karl Lagerfeld, Tommy Hilfiger, Donaldson, Toni Gard and Otto Kern were represented in Moscow.
