Alicia Framis, the Spanish artist who is known for fuse fashion, architecture and design, in her efforts to bring people closer to fashion and art and the creators, is holding a showcase of her past works at an exhibition currently going on at the Museum of Modern Art (MMKA) in the city of Arnhem, Netherlands.

Ms. Framis gathered fame across the globe through her performances and actions in public space in which human existence and social relations are at core.

Among other items, the exhibition titled ‘Framis in Progress’ showcases some of the apparel designed by the artist through past 15 years of her career. This includes the apparels created by her in 2003 as a part of Anti-dog project.

The basis of this clothing is a new substance that is bullet proof and also resistant to biting dogs.

The exhibition is based on three themes with great emphasis on interaction with the public. In ‘Fitting Room’, audiences will discover the clothes Framis designed and the ways in which these clothes were used during demonstrations, events and performances, as anti-Dog. Visitors can also try on clothes in fitting rooms.

The exhibition is slated to run till September 29, 2013.
