Stylesight to debut report on Brazilian fashion culture

Nov '13
Stylesight, the industry leading global content and technology solution for style, fashion and design professionals, is releasing Spotlight on Brazil over the month of November to shed light on the cultural shifts and consumer behaviors in the country.

The specialized reports provide an in-depth analysis of trends across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, color and retail to enable Stylesight's subscribers to make confident decisions about the Brazilian market.

"Brazil's growing economy has revitalized its artistic community, but it is still a young country when it comes to waking up to the trends in fashion, design and architecture," said Isham Sardouk, Chief Creative Officer at Stylesight.

"The Spotlight on Brazil pays homage to the movement of this creative hub and its rising global impact across industries. Our goal is to introduce and highlight the sophisticated designers and fashion scene emerging out of Brazil's cities to our clients."

The Spotlight on Brazil will be available over the next four weeks. It is broken down into six reports across influential categories including:

Cultural Perceptions of Color: Brazil – Identifies color, prints, and pattern from a cultural perspective, accounting for the religious, historical, and climatic influences.

Digital Muses Brazil F/W 13 – Pinpoints the most influential bloggers in Brazil that present major potential for brands.

Benchmark Brands: Brazil – Highlights the most important brands in each sector, including their strategy for success.

Brazilian Retail: Essential Malls – Exploring Brazil's brick and mortar scene, the culture of shopping at malls and the most important malls by sector and region.

Brazilian Fashion Consumers – Examines the evolution of the Brazilian fashion consumer and attitudes toward online shopping, luxury products and purchasing abroad.

Brazilian Pop Culture – Assesses how pop culture is shaping consumer spending habits in Brazil.

The Spotlight on Brazil follows the Spotlight on China, which launched the series in August 2013. The series, which originated from client requests for help in understanding key markets, emphasizes areas where Stylesight has identified significant growth and important cultural shifts through the company's globally positioned team of trend experts.
