Blue is still back, still making a fashion statement. Skinny, coated, straight, slim, boyfriend or as overalls, it doesn’t matter – denim is fashion and is not going to leave our side anytime soon.
The Fashion&Denim segment will see some changes at the next event. Collections will be introduced in a new innovative presentation format. Instead of last year’s dance show, skaters will be presenting exhibitors’ fashion in action-packed half-pipe performances. The half-pipe will be located at the new Fashion&Denim Lounge.
Top model Markus Schenkenberg will premiere his casual men’s outerwear collection and kick off CPM Collection Première Moscow at the official Opening Ceremony.
Bookings for the segment are well on track. A total of 142 brands have already registered for the Fashion&Denim area – including Mavi, Scotch&Soda, Ben Sherman, Buffalo, Pepe Jeans London, IKKS, Buffalo, Bench, No Excess, Napapijri, Anna Scott, Malvin, H.I.S., Canada Goose, RedFox, Garcia and Madonna.
Exhibitors in the Shoes&Accessoires area within Fashion&Denim will include Levi’s, Wrangler and Palladium. The by now traditional get-together on the third evening of the trade fair will offer the perfect setting for a relaxed dialogue between exhibitors, the press and key accounts.
Says CPM Project Director Christian Kasch: “As challenging as the introduction of this segment was in the beginning, the success of this fifth edition of Fashion&Denim all the more confirms that trendy urban collections have found their way into Russian stores.”
The Fashion&Denim segment, a successful component of CPM, the leading trade fair for fashion in Russia, was launched in September 2011. The next CPM Collection Première Moscow will be held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow from Tuesday, 25 February to Friday, 28 February 2014.
With some 1,600 collections from 35 countries on a floor space of 60,874 square meters, CPM is the largest fashion trade fair in Eastern Europe.
