Doneger adds Kai Chow as Director of Creative Services

The Doneger Group, the industry’s leading fashion and retail merchandising consulting firm, announced key senior promotions – Kai Chow as Director of Doneger Creative Services (DCS), and Tom Julian as Men’s Fashion Director. Both are newly created positions.

Kai Chow, Creative Director, has been appointed to Director of Doneger Creative Services, the color, fabric and trend forecast division of The Doneger Group.  In his new role, Mr. Chow will be responsible for spearheading creative direction and related client activities. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Mr. Chow spent 23 years as the creative force behind Here & There, a fashion-forecasting firm acquired by The Doneger Group.

The Company also announced that Tom Julian, who joined the company one year ago, has been appointed Men’s Fashion Director, where he will provide actionable insights and direction in fashion merchandising, and communicate industry trends to evolve client’s product offerings.

Mr. Julian has extensive menswear expertise, which has included Fashion Director roles for both MAGIC and the Men’s Fashion Association. He is also an author of two men’s style books. In addition to his new responsibilities, Mr. Julian will continue to serve as the Company’s Director of Strategic Business Development.
