At this occasion, they asked the French and upscale brand, JOG Swimwear to be their fashion sponsor and to organize a fashion show.
JOG Swimwear, the young designer brand created in 2008 by a former French synchronized swimming champion, launched this year its 5th collection in Singapore.
This fashion show was the first collaboration between the glamorous brand and the Singapore Yacht Show. 450 persons attended the event and watched the fashion show.
During this event, guests discovered the new collection inspired by the designer’s hometown: Paris. Chic and glamour, the Summer collection pays tribute to famous places and legendary monuments of the City of Lights.
The ‘Place Vendôme’, the street ‘Saint-Honoré’, ‘la Place de la Concorde’ or the famous ‘Champs Elysées’ are places which have inspired the designer. The charm and romance of the city gave birth to an elegant and refined collection.
The 2014 collection re-introduces two novelties: a capsule collection ‘Luxury – Limited Edition’ made up of two women swimsuit styles, one is covered with embroideries and sequins stitched by hand, the other one got little sleeves retractable on the shoulder.
On the warm colours side, we find an intense Red-raspberry, a flashy Geranium pink imitating the coral on the tropical shore; an intense Burgundy colour comes to enhance this dynamic duet. On the blue shades, JOG has chosen Azure blue, Emerald green and blue steel reminding the depth of the ocean.
JOG also opted for Iridescent beige imitating the sand colour under the sun plus a fruity Aniseed yellow. Classic white has been chosen to match all the bi and tri-colours combination of the collection.
JOG Swimwear is now available in 14 countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Hong-Kong, Macau, Maldives, Seychelles, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and USA through 5-star hotels, upscale department stores and specialized shops.
