American fashion label Vince to branch out into kidswear

After making a mark in the avant-garde men’s and women’s casualwear market, the American fashion label Vince is soon going to branch out.
 
The brand is prepping up to launch its maiden kidswear range, which exactly is a miniature version of its adult line, sometime in the month of June, 2014.
 
Targeted towards young boys and girls between the ages of 4 to 14, the sportswear-inspired childrenswear collection, which is produced in China and Peru, will feature cashmere hoodies, leather pants and faux fur vests.
 
Based in classic shades of gray and black along with perky dashes of fuchsia, imperial purple, raspberry and blue, the range will also include tank tops, leather jacket, slim trousers and T-shirts.
 
The line will be available for sale at selected Vince brick-and-mortar stores as well as online, and leading retail locations like Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom and 25 other kids’ specialty retailers. 
 
Founded in 2002, Vince is a global multi-channel brand that specializes in ready-to-wear clothing, denims and other fashion accessories.
