Slated to be held on May 29, 2014, the evening will feature an array of printed colourful designs from around 16 names such as Sarah Jane, Robert Verebasaga, Mere Shuster, TAV, Robert Kennedy, Mesake Nacola, Leba Koroi, Hupfeld Hoerder, Hanna Hering and Benjamin Schetrit.

While commenting on the special night, FJFW managing director Ellen Whippy-Knight stated, “Over 600,000 tourists came to Fiji last year and we need to tap into this market by providing locally-designed and made resort wear for these tourists to take back home.”

In addition to the resort wear dedicated shows, the FJFW, which is slated to take place from May 26 through 31, 2014, will also display ready-to-wear pieces from well-known labels like Samal Singh, Anton Conway Wye and Alex Ligairi and Sonam Sapra along with emerging talents Letila Mitchell, Ami Petero as well as designer duo Randeep and Rachna.
