Sports Authority, the full-line sporting goods retailer from America, has recently launched a natural-feeling yoga apparel line titled Bloom for women who love being connected to the outdoors.

Fit to be worn when practising yoga indoors or outdoors, the collection is made using soft, comfy, stretchable, moisture wicking fabrics that are blended with organic cotton, bamboo fibres made rayon and the recycled materials derived yarn, Repreve.

Exclusively available for purchase at the retailer’s online and brick-and-mortar locations, the range includes colourful tunic, layered and fitted tank tops, fleece jackets and cardigans, long-sleeved T-shirts and dolmans, flared trousers and skirted pants, fitted tights and straight capris.

Stephen Binkley, the Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of Sports Authority said in a statement, “Yoga has been a significant growth category for Sports Authority over the past several years, and we’ve seen a trend of women looking for comfortable, functional and trend-right apparel that can be worn when practicing yoga or on the go.”

“The debut of this exclusive yoga line is a significant milestone for the company and we believe our customers will embrace Bloom’s look, feel and price point. We set forth to create a clothing line that is innovative, affordable and helps women stay steady and focused during their practice and in their everyday lives,” he added.

Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, Sports Authority operates through a network of 468 locations across the 43 US states and Puerto Rico as well as its e-commerce destination www.sportsauthority.com. The company offers fitness, team sports and outdoor recreation apparels from various sportswear brands. (PB)
