The Brazilian fashion model and Victoria's Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio, has branched out into swimwear.
The 33-year-old, who forayed into fashion design with her ále by Alessandra line earlier this spring, has added a 75-piece beachwear collection to the namesake label.
Replete with a Brazil bohemia-meets-Malibu chic vibes, the range features an array of feminine, colourful and effortless pieces for the fashion minded women.
Exclusively available for purchase at the resort and swim wear purveyor Everything But Water, the line features monokinis, hipster bottoms, Brazilian tie-side briefs, underwire bandeau tops, high-waist knickers and halter bikinis.
The range, which has been modelled by Ambrosio herself, also includes tunics, mid-length dresses and kimonos, enhanced with bright geometric patterns, ethereal graphic prints and fringe embellishments.
The model’s debut clothing line was created in collaboration with the southern Californian brand Planet Blue. Adorned with laser cut detailing, fine embroidery and paisley, floral and feather prints, the hand-dyed tie-and-dye pure silk made S/S14 line included short and long dresses, ruffled skirts, peasant blouses and knits.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Everything But Water specializes in curated collections of form flattering bikinis, one pieces, cover ups, sundresses, hats and other beach vacation appropriate accessories.
