Michael Kors launches pre-fall Transeason 2015 Collection

The American fashion designer Michael Kors has recently launched his pre-fall range titled Transeason 2015 Collection.
Replete with graphic-inspired feminine romantic details, the line features clothing that can easily transition from day to evening.
Created in clean, well-tailored silhouettes, the easy to wear 39-piece collection is enhanced with bold stripes, dainty dots, feminine brushstroke prints, painterly florals, pearls and small and big size bows.
Made using fabrics like matelassé, faille, duventine, Mikado, denim and duchesse satin, the pieces are accentuated with textural embroidery and glossy patent.
Based on a palette of vibrant red, gray, cobalt, black and white hues, the collection includes a tailored coat, a lacy sheath dress, a pair of polished sport-luxe track pants, a sequined rugby top, a shearling coat and an array of cocktail numbers and sweatshirts.
Known for his classic American sportswear-inspired womenswear designs, the 55-year-old New York City-based fashion designer was honoured by The Couture Council of The Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) with the 2013 Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion. (PB)
