Company Rafitthy, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, has been marketing to the Arab world for more than five years a line of Brazilian artifacts, shoes and purses that takes the name Morocco.

Creations by Rafitthy are made in the company's factory in the city of Campo Bom, which is slot in the Rio dos Sinos Valley.

Products in the Morocco line bring the vivaciousness, the energy and colorfulness typical of Morocco.

Products of the line Morocco Color are made of synthetic materials, with fabrics like jacquard and leather.

Other collections by the company use the same raw materials, as well as canvas.

The Arab world is in fact not only inspiration, but also sales destination for Rafitthy.

Company has already exported more than 18,000 pieces to the UAE and Saudi Arabia between 2003 and 2005.

Their aim this year is to export to the Arabs between 8 to 10 percent more than was last exported.

The Arabs, buy women's handbags and accessories from the company in both leather and synthetic materials.

Company makes 21,000 handbags and accessories per month and exports around 15 percent of the production.

Majority of them are feminine products but some articles for men are also manufactured mainly for exports.

The Brazilian factory exports its products to Italy, the US and Guatemala.
