Polo Ralph appoints Jonathan Drucker as SVP, effective July 18

Apparel, home accessories and fragrances maker Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation announced Jonathan Drucker will join the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel effective July 18, 2005.
Mr. Drucker will be responsible for all of Polo Ralph Lauren's legal matters, both domestically and internationally, including trademarks, acquisitions, labor relations and corporate governance. Mr. Drucker will report to Mitch Kosh, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Legal.
Most recently Mr. Drucker was General Counsel and Managing Director of Veronis Suhler Stevenson where he was responsible for all transactions involving the firm's 22 portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Drucker was a partner at Rubin Baum Levin Constant and Friedman from 1996 to 1999 where he represented both public and private companies.
He was an associate at the same firm from 1988 until his promotion to partner. Mr. Drucker earned his Juris Doctor at Stanford Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Pennsylvania.
