Fine jewelry maker Charles & Colvard Ltd announced that it will issue its financial results for the Second Quarter ended June 30, 2005 on Tuesday July 19, 2005 after 4:00 p.m. EDT. Management will host a conference call on Wednesday July 20, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. EDT to discuss these results as well as other corporate developments.
