Lifestyle retailer AE to release Q2 results on Aug 16

Men's and women's clothes & shoes seller American Eagle Outfitters will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss second quarter earnings results on Tuesday, August 16, 2005, at 9:00 a.m.(ET).

The live call can be accessed by dialing (877) 601-0864 five to seven minutes prior to the 9:00 am scheduled start time. In addition, the live webcast of the call can be accessed at the Company's web site at www.ae.com or www.streetevents.com.

Anyone unable to listen to the live call can access a replay beginning August 16, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) through August 30, 2005 by dialing (800) 642-1687 and referencing confirmation code 7296359#. In addition, the call will be archived at the above two sites for replay.

Leading lifestyle retailer American Eagle Outfitters designs, markets, and sells its own brand of casual, fashion-right clothing for 15-25 year olds, providing high-quality merchandise at affordable prices.

AE's collection includes modern basics like jeans, surplus, and graphic Ts as well as a stylish assortment of cool accessories, outerwear, footwear and swimwear. American Eagle Outfitters currently operates 781 AE stores in 50 states and the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and 71 AE stores in Canada. AE also operates via its Web business, ae.com, which offers additional sizes and styles of favorite AE merchandise.
