International Shoes, Sportsgoods and Leathergoods Fair ranks forth worldwide and it is Latin America specialized leading trade fair. It is the most important business and launchings event of the footwear and leathergoods industry; and the most prestige and representative fair of the sector.
Its 1,200 exhibitors are responsible for 90% of the Brazilian production. They presented more than 3,000 brands, featuring the most complete footwear and leathergoods fashion, technology and marketing sampling for retailers and importers.
The 35th International Shoes, Sportsgoods and Leathergoods Fair COUROMODA 2008 will be held on January, 14 - 17, 2008 at Anhembi Exhibition Centre - Sao Paulo – Brazil.
The Meeting Point of the Trade: Spread over 80 thousand square meters of the Anhembi Exhibition Pavilion, in the city of São Paulo, Couromoda brings together the actual decision makers of the industry and the retail market. It hosts professionals from all the branches of activities, leaders, politicians and authorities of the economic area.
Significant presence of international buyers: Couromoda attracts very professional visitors; playing a strong influence on the sales of industry during the first months of the year. During its 2007 edition, the fair hosted 70 thousand professional visitors, namely retailers of all over Brazil, domestic and international buyers, and entrepreneurs of the leather-footwear chain.
