Charlotte Russe hires Patti Shields as new SVP

San Diego based growing mall-based fashion retailer Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced that Patti Shields has joined its management team as Senior Vice President. She will oversee the apparel merchandising for the Charlotte Russe chain.
A seasoned merchant with over 15 years of retail experience, Shields was most recently at Mervyn's in junior fashion and seasonal apparel; and, she previously held merchandising management roles at Gap Inc and at the Victoria's Secret division of Limited Brands.
Mark A. Hoffman, Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Company is excited to have Patti joining us and bringing her wealth of talent to team as they continue to evolve the Charlotte Russe brand."
Charlotte Russe Holding Inc is a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties. The company operated a total of 402 stores in 42 states and Puerto Rico, as of August 23, 2005, comprised of 335 Charlotte Russe stores and 67 Rampage stores.
