New research on best & worst of hair color

+Repelle Hair Color Stain Shield the only product in the consumer market that protects skin from harsh chemical hair color stains and irritation recently conducted a "national dialogue" which queried women on their usage and attitudes towards hair color.

The research yielded interesting results on a variety of topics, including:
Women Are Dyeing to Look Younger:
In this day and age, our culture gets more and more obsessed with looking younger a cause U.S. women are willing to dye for! With 77% of women coloring their hair to cover gray, and 47% of women doing it to look or feel younger, it is clear that most women are driven to dye to turn back the hands of time.

In fact, one of the best aspects of hair color is its effectiveness as a fountain of youth: 76% of women agree that they feel younger when they color their hair.

Seasonably Fashionable Hair Color:
Another of the best things about hair color is the flexibility it gives you to change your look. More than half of women change their hair color shade each year by season. 58% of women tend to go lighter in the summer, with another 39% adding highlights for a sun-kissed look.

Meanwhile, 59% face the dreary days of winter by making their tresses darker, while about half as many (26%) return more towards their natural hair color.

'Tis the Season!:
Since the holidays are a time to catch up with family, friends and other loved ones, most women feel the need to update their look by coloring especially for the holidays -- 94% do so for Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza, 60% for Thanksgiving and 44% for Easter/Passover. Another popular time of year for women is their birthday (64%).
