Footwear maker Reebok India is planning to launch its first kids' store in either Mumbai or Delhi, with plans to set up to 10 women's stores in the country by the year-end.

Subhinder Singh Prem, Managing Director of Reebok India informed that the kids store will offer sporty and trendy products to kids in a conducive ambience. This fact was very important for consumers, particularly women, who were growing very conscious and having buying preferences to match their tastes.

While the kids stores will concentrate on shoes, apparels and accessories, women's stores will focus to appeal more to the woman shopper, and have a different feel and even smell to them.

Reebok India has a turnover of Rs 250 crore with 158 stand alone stores at present. To reach the target of 180 stores, the company has drawn ambitious plan to throw open one store a week, till the end of the year.
