Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue will team up with The Bellevue Collection and become the beneficiary of Fashion Week '08, Sept. 12 - 20, 2008.

Now an established annual event, Fashion Week '08 will feature nine days of fashion shows, beauty events and special group events to introduce customers to the latest trends for the season in fashion, beauty, apparel, footwear and accessories.

"We are thrilled to join with such a worthy partner," says Jennifer Leavitt, vice president, marketing, Kemper Development Company, owners of The Bellevue Collection.

"Supporting the children in our Eastside area is critical to a strong community. The wonderful work of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue (established in 1952) provides opportunity and hope to children and teens through programs that keep them focused and strong. They truly are making a difference in our community, making this a perfect partnership for the values of our company."

She adds that the Boys & Girls Club of Bellevue has grown to 11 Clubhouses throughout Bellevue, serving over 7,500 members ages 2 1/2 - 12 and over 6,000 teens annually.

Nordstrom Fall Runway Fashion Show: Sept. 12th, Doors open at 7:00 pm, Runway Show begins at 8:00 pm

Enjoy a cocktail and hors d'ouevres reception followed by a full runway fashion show featuring the newest fashion and the latest trends. All proceeds will benefit the Detlef Schrempf Foundation. General admission tickets are $60 and VIP tickets are $150.

Posh Party Girls' Night Out: Sept. 13th, doors open at 6:00 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm in AXIS, Lincoln Square

Just for "girlfriends," the evening is filled with appetizers, cocktails, entertainment, swag bags plus a runway show featuring retailers throughout The Collection. Ticket required.

Cost is $50 online and $60 at the door and ticket price includes free admittance to the VIP Shopping Night at Bellevue Square following Posh Party and a $20 gift certificate to The Bellevue Collection. All proceeds will support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue. Must be 21 or over to purchase tickets.
