Hanson, a 23-year Federated veteran, joined the company in 1983 and has held positions of increasing responsibility at Federated Corporate and FACS. She joined FACS in 1991 as group manager for planning and receivables before being promoted to senior vice president in 1997 and president of credit services in 2000. She was named the division's president in 2002.
Hanson is a native of Ottawa, OH. She and her husband, Frank, and two children will be relocating to Minneapolis.
Gatio joined FACS in June 1989 as manager of accounts payable. He became vice president for credit granting in 1994, vice president for FACS South in 1996 and senior vice president for credit operations in 2000, before rising to his current role as executive vice president for credit and marketing in September 2005.
Gatio began his career as a management trainee at GE Capital, where he served in various capacities before joining FACS.
Gatio, a native of Cincinnati, lives in Mason, OH, with his wife, Kathy, and three children.
Faulk is a 30-year Federated veteran who first joined the company's Lazarus division in May 1976 as a management trainee. He rose through various human resources roles to become Lazarus' operating vice president for remote store human resources in 1983. After serving in senior human resources roles at Federated's corporate office and at its MainStreet, FACS and Federated Systems Group divisions, Faulk was named FACS executive vice president in September 2002.
