Reported net income for the second quarter 2005, including both continuing and discontinued operations, was $30.0 million, or $0.68 per diluted share compared to $24.4 million, or $0.54 per diluted share in the second quarter of 2004.
For the six months ended June 30, 2005, the loss from discontinued operations was $0.4 million, after tax, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to a loss of $5.9 million or $0.13 per diluted share in 2004.
Reported net income for the six months ended June 30, 2005, including both continuing and discontinued operations was $48.8 million or $1.10 per diluted share, compared to $38.7 million, or $0.86 per diluted share for the six months ended June 30, 2004.
