New York based premier American specialty women's apparel retailer Ann Taylor Stores Corporation will release its Second Quarter fiscal 2005 results on Friday, August 19, 2005, before the market opens. The Company will also host a live conference call and simultaneous audio webcast at 8:30AM Eastern Time.

The call will contain comments from J. Patrick Spainhour, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Kay Krill, President and Jim Smith, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Following these comments there will be a question and answer session that will end promptly at 9:30AM Eastern Time.
