Lorna Nagler to lead Christopher & Banks retailing environment

Christopher & Banks Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Lorna Nagler as President and Chief Executive Officer effective August 31, 2007.
Matthew Dillon has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the board of directors, effective August 30, 2007. Ms. Nagler has also been elected as a member of Christopher & Banks' board of directors effective August 31, 2007.
Larry Barenbaum, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said “We are excited to welcome Lorna Nagler as CEO of Christopher & Banks."
"Her experience in the women's specialty retailing industry and talent as a leader capable of building effective teams make her an outstanding choice to lead our Company as CEO. The Board of Directors shares my confidence in Lorna's ability to lead Christopher & Banks in retailing environment.”
Mr. Barenbaum continued, “On behalf of the Board, we thank Matt Dillon for his many contributions to Christopher & Banks and wish him well in his future endeavors.”
