TED-BED Jsc, a mattress producer from Plovdiv in Bulgaria on October 6 announced that, it has succeeded to win a nine percent market share in Romania in just over one and a half years duration.
Iva Nedeva, Regional Manager of TED-BED for Romania, here stated that, with their go-getter attitude and endless efforts, the outcome was not a real wonder. She further stated that, they are now eyeing expansion in Romanian markets, as while they expand their current product range; they are also planning to launch new retail outlets in Romania.
It is just a while ago that, the company partook in Romania's biggest exhibition of novel technologies for mattress and furniture industry, held at Bucharest during September 8 to 12.
TED-BED Jsc since setting up of its production unit near Plovdiv in 2009 has invested around €11 million in the same. The company with this production plant spread over on an area of 24 000 square meters, has now turned out to be the leading manufacturer of mattresses in Bulgaria.
The company vends its mattresses through its distribution channel of 900 shops across Bulgaria, and also exports the same to UK, Switzerland, France, Lithuania, Spain, Belgium, Albania, Serbia, Italy Denmark, Romania, Croatia, Ireland, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Macedonia, Germany, Latvia, Greece, Estonia, Finland and Morocco.
