Z Supply Llc, the Southern California-based fashion house, has announced the appointment of Mandy Fry as president, effective immediately. Fry will report to the company’s co-founders, Greg Garrett and John Zhao. The company offers multifaceted portfolio of highly targeted brands, including Z Supply, Rag Poets, White Crow and Others Follow.

“We are thrilled to have Mandy join Z Supply Llc, as president of all of our brands. Her proven track record, strong business acumen and innovative leadership skills made her a natural choice for the company,” said CEO and co-founder Garrett. “Her passion for branding and design, her depth of experience and our aligned goals will help as we push the brand portfolio into the next phase of growth.”

As president, Fry will lead and manage the strategic direction for all Z SUPPLY, LLC brands. She will be responsible for all elements of the business, including design, merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, and sales.

With more than 20 years’ of brand building experience in the apparel industry, Fry brings an extensive background in creating relevancy for brands and finding a true connection with customers. Prior to joining Z Supply Llc, Fry co-founded and served as president of women’s lifestyle brand Amuse Society, where she oversaw design, merchandising, marketing and eCommerce. She began her career as a swimwear designer for Quiksilver/Roxy, before moving on to Billabong as global creative director. During her 12 years at Billabong, the company experienced exponential growth and became a leader in the women’s market. Fry then became vice president of women’s at Volcom, leading the design and merchandising teams before co-founding Amuse Society.

“Having followed Z Supply’s growth and evolution for the past 9 years, I am excited to join this talented team and this growing portfolio of brands,” Fry said. “After 6 months of consulting for Z Supply, it was refreshing to see how innovative their operational structure was. I am very impressed with the streamlined infrastructure, sourcing relationships, and overall backend operations. Greg, John, and I are aligned on our vision for the future of the Z Supply portfolio of brands, and are excited to work with the talented team to take the brands to new heights. The next chapter of growth for the company is exciting. I’m looking forward to amplifying the company’s message with each unique brand and pushing boundaries within each department. We will continue to offer the absolute best products to our retailers and customers while also pursuing new opportunities to add to the portfolio of brands for the company.”

Z Supply, Llc’s growth plans include moving the corporate headquarters to a 22,000-square-foot building in Costa Mesa in December, as well as advancements in design and sourcing, and added brands.
