Norms of etiquette & behaviour set for retail staff in Beijing

In order to upgrade the overall quality and service level of the retail enterprises' staff, few norms have been set up in the Beijing city.
These 'norms of retail staff etiquette and behaviour' include the appearance, service etiquette, service act, service language, training the professional ethics of dedication.
With the implementation of these standards, professional image of the retail staff will shape up and the vocational skills of standardized service will be enhanced.
From February 1, 2007 these norms have been operational and the retail staff has to abide by the entire process of service.
