Asian PTA prices inch up past week

PTA prices edged higher in Asia in the last week with the support of favourable market conditions in the region.
In FE Asia, average prices moved up by US$ 5/ton to US$ 715/ton in the last week, showing a rise of 0.70 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices jumped to US$ 720/ton in the last week, a climb of 0.70 per cent from US$ 715/ton in the previous week.
In India, average prices inched higher by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 730/ton in the last week over the previous week, a surge of 0.69 per cent.
