Benzene prices plummet in US past week

Benzene prices drifted lower in the US in the last week due to absence of buyers in the region.
In US, average prices declined by 5 cents/gallon and recorded at 290 cents/gallon in the last week, a plunge of 1.69 per cent over the previous week.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices enhanced by US$ 10/ton and finalized at US$ 895/ton in the last week, a gain of 1.13 per cent as compared to the previous week with the support of favorable market conditions in the region.
