Maag Brothers Machine Works is set to present innovations in automated visual error detection and IT solutions at ITMA 2019, in hall 8.1, stand A-111, from June 20-26, 2019, in Barcelona. The company is a producer of performant machines in the field of quality assurance in textile industry, for fabric inspection, plating, selvedge printing, and packaging.

Combined with the company’s optimised human interface tool MaagQTex and the seamless integration of data in its client’s ERP systems, textile production processes can be greatly improved. At ITMA, the specialists from Maag Brothers Machine Works will show the visitors, with real life cases from around the world, how their new innovative solutions can turn their inspection department into a high-performance service centre with up to 100 per cent fault recording guarantee and low personal costs.

The company will display its new generation of high-speed inspection systems. Thanks to the integration of a new automatic camera system, the Maag inspection machines can run up to 3x faster and greatly speed up the production processes. The error detection is improved as well. This new technology effectively supports factory workers and especially makes three shift (24x7) production processes more effective and reliable.

Maag will also present the electronic error data recording system MaagQTex at ITMA. It is a fully integrated error data recording system for all classical inspection machines with newly developed human interface. It is available for inspection and cutting processes, classical inspection and cutting or 2-step solution with cutting optimising system. The touch-free laser length measuring system will also be displayed at the show. These are new generation of laser length measuring devices which work completely accurate at fast and at crawling speed. (GK)
