Nigerian SME textile expo at ADB meet in Tanzania

At the annual meeting of the African Development Bank (ADB) in Tanzania, Nigerian Bank - Bank of Industry (BOI) organised an exhibition of textile products produced by the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Nigerian textile sector.
On display were Nigerian ethnic printed fabrics, clothing, conference folders, footwear, etc made by recipients of the textile revival scheme initiated by the Nigerian government and managed by BOI.
The purpose behind hosting the expo is to showcase these products to delegates from over eighty African countries, who include captains of industry, policy makers, ministers etc and promote intra-African trade.
