The smart technology, Emana, the latest textile innovation developed by Rhodia, a member of the Solvay Group, to offer consumers well-being and comfort, will be one of the highlights of Interfilière, one of the world’s leading events in the textile sector, held from July 7 to 9, in Paris, France.

Emana is being used in collections of fabrics, knitwear and clothing produced by the brands PIAVE MAITEX, SITIP, TAIANA, LIEBAERT, SOFILETA and BRUGNOLI GIOVANNI SPA, exhibitors at Interfilière and clients of Fulgar, the leading European man made fiber producer of polyamide textile yarns, and which is a Rhodia´s partner for Emana production .

The first polyamide 6.6 textile smart yarn certified at Brazilian regulatory agency, ANVISA, and internationally certified by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Emana is an innovation that activates the body microcirculation when in contact with the clothes, improving the skin elasticity.

The final results observed after a correct use include smothness and youthness to the skin, reduction of the signs of cellulite, also delaying in muscle fatigue. As a result of these unique characteristics, proven by scientific studies, the Emana product’s have been used for making textile fabrics and knits for lingerie, underwear, casual and sporting segments.
