Al Waha petrochemical plant goes off-stream

Sahara Petrochemical Company announces that its subsidiary Al Waha Petrochemicals Company has been affected by a technical fault in its utilities unit on September 09, 2013, which has led to the interruption of production processes in all operating units.
The repairing process is expected to complete in a period not exceeding 10 days starting from September 9.
This development will also affect expected profits in the third quarter of this year.
During the shutdown period some of the maintenance items will be advanced and will be repaired.
The company clients will be supplied from the standby reserves available in its warehouse.
