Jute & textile attract Japanese investor

Promising sectors like jute and textile lure Japanese investor to Bangladesh.
Nippon Insurance Company Ltd has sent a five-member delegation to discuss investment plans with Bangladeshi conglomerates like Monem Group, One Group, City Bank etc.
Headed by company's Chief Executive Officer Inami Tomohide, the delegation would discuss bilateral investment issues.
The delegation will also discuss import of skilled manpower and jute industry raw materials to Japan.
Delegates are also planned to have a meeting with Shajahan Siraj, Jute and Textile Minister of Bangladesh.
