Weak trends pull down Asian & European benzene prices

Benzene prices declined in Asia and Europe on September 4 mainly from weak downstream product values and bearish buying trends in the region.
In Korean market, prices went down by US$ 15/ton or 1.19 percent on Sept 4, when compared with Sept 3 and were quoted at US$ 1250/ton.
In Europe too, prices declined by US$ 15/ton yesterday as compared with Sept 3 and were assessed at US$ 1350/ton.
