Itema to show R9500 loom at OTM & KTM fairs in Turkey

Itema S.p.A, a manufacturer of high-tech weaving machines, spare parts and services is showcasing its technological prowess at two trade shows in Turkey - OTM in Gaziantep and KTM in Kahramanmaras.
In partnership with Bilol Agency, Itema is exhibiting its best-seller, the rapier R9500 loom, which is celebrating two years since its market launch.
Itema said the R9500 rapier loom is a source of pride for Itema, developed as a perfect match in top technological advancements to the specific weaving needs of customers worldwide.
“The overwhelming success of the R9500 is confirmed by the better-than-expected volume of repeat orders and by the impressive results during customer field trials,” it said.
Itema held one such customer trial at Lutuf Mensucat, a leading weaver of apparel fabrics, based in Kahramanmaras.
According to the weaving machines producer, the successful outcome of the trial at Lutuf Mensucat led to several repeat orders and a total installation of more than 100 units of R9500.
Itema informed that it has a long history of working closely with the support of its two agencies in Turkey through its two distributors -Bilol Mumessilik and Motex Modiano.
Itema is the only manufacturer in the world to provide top three shuttleless weft insertion technologies: rapier, airjet and projectile.
Piero Colombelli, Itema’s Sales & Marketing representative said, “One of Itema’s target for the future is to be increasingly more present with our weaving machines in Turkey.”
