On the eve of World Environment Day, Fibre2Fashion.com, a B2B portal for the global textile, apparel and fashion industry, has announced that it is soon set to release ‘Enhanced Sustainability Compendium’.

After the huge success of its ‘Sustainability Plus’ feature last year, the third feature in Fibre2Fashion’s sustainability series would provide participating companies with an exclusive online feature on sustainable manufacturing.

Under the theme ‘Preservation and Green Empowerment’, the compendium would focus on preservation of natural resources, which is equally important as heading towards sustainability.

“Sustainability, as we know, is the need of the hour and has taken a centre stage today not only in textiles but across all the sectors. We, at Fibre2Fashion, are passionate about delivering value to our customers and the industry as a whole with a motive to lend a helping hand in their efforts to move towards creating a sustainable world,” says Jose Daniel, director at Fibre2Fashion.

Companies participating in the Enhanced Sustainability Compendium would get a wide exposure and will get noticed by large number of worldwide visitors across the entire textile and apparel industry value chain.

It will give unique opportunity for textile and clothing companies to showcase their sustainable products and reach out to potential buyers in a short period of time.

‘Sustainability to Profitability’, Fibre2Fashion’s first feature on sustainability had also met roaring success when it was launched in 2012.

Since its incorporation in 2000, Fibre2Fashion.com has risen in popularity and the website today commands 12 million page views per month by about 1.9 million global visitors from around 190 countries.

Fibre2Fashion magazine – the print venture of Fibre2Fashion.com which is now in its third year – has circulation among carefully chosen target audience globally, and it reaches the desk of top management and decision makers in the textile, apparel and fashion industry.

In addition to sustainability, Fibre2Fashion has also successfully run special online features on textile machinery, nonwovens, and denims. (RKS)
