Reliance Industries Ltd, major player of petrochemical has increased polymer prices due to rise in international prices of naphtha and crude oil.
Market sources informed that the price of Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) increased by Rs 5.80 to Rs 72.80 per Kg and Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) rose by Rs 1.05 to Rs 61.55.
Prices of other products have been increased as follows:
Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) from Rs 5.80 to Rs 72.80 per Kg
Mono Ethylene Glycol by Rs 1.05 to Rs 61.55 Kg
Polyethylene by Rs 4 to Rs 53.50 Kg
Polypropylene by Rs 5.70 to Rs 56.10 Kg
Polyvinyl Chloride by Rs 3 to Rs 41 per Kg
Linear Alkyl Benzene by Rs 2.50 to Rs 66.80 per Kg.
