Woolgrowers can see first-hand how on-farm research can make their future more profitable at a special forum in the Riverina staged by Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI) later this month.
The forum will showcase the latest research, development and innovation (RDI) activities at the Falkiner Memorial Field Station, Conargo, NSW, on Thursday, 28 July 2005.
The program includes practical displays of many of the on-farm projects underway at the AWI-owned Falkiner Station, as well as updates on market development activities and the latest initiatives to increase demand for Australian Merino wool.

Speakers include AWI Chairman Ian McLachlan who will discuss the priorities for AWI and the importance of innovation. Attendees will be able to talk with key AWI staff about many of the RDI projects.
