Fabrics face threat of being faked

25
Jan '07
In Xiaoshan city, many textile and clothing units are severely hit by fake products. The new fabric launched by the units in market is faked within a week.

In minutes, experienced technicians in the industry can analyze the new fabrics and can produce replica of it. As technology of the textile fabrics is simple, most of the units can alter the original fabrics to create similar one.

Due to high cost involved in research, units usually prefer to fake the fabrics, which ensure good profits by selling it at low price.
