Bed & Bath Collection inspired by life in the City

Feb '07
Bombay Dyeing, India's leading bed and bath brand, launched a new collection called 'Urban Living', a quintessential style statement that exemplifies the vibrancy of city life and accentuates the contemporary urbane lifestyle.

The collection was launched through an innovative theatrical event, highlighting the various facets of an urban individual's state of mind by vivacious actress cum model, Perizaad Zorabian, who is a connoisseur of the 'city'. Also present at the launch was Mr. S.K Gupta, Executive Director, Bombay Dyeing, who along with Perizaad unveiled this theme based collection.

A die hard Mumbaiite, who thrives on the energy the city exudes, Perizaad epitomises an urban upscale modern woman, who believes in having a very contemporary, minimalistic, yet very chic ambience in her bedroom. She states, “I adore the city, in all its grandeur and would love to have a slice of urban life entwined with all its splendour and warmth in my unwinding space, my bedroom, to derive energy and inspiration from to last me through the day. The 'Urban Living' collection by Bombay Dyeing is ideal for my home.”

Speaking at the launch Mr. S.K Gupta, Executive Director, Bombay Dyeing says, “The Bombay Dyeing Urban Living collection is designed keeping in mind the taste of the modern urban sophisticated consumer. Call it a philosophy, an attitude to metropolitan lifestyles or simply an ode to fine living. 'Urban Living' is where Haute Couture meets Home Décor. It's a unique approach to design, where art fashion harmoniously fuses with the classic essence of home luxury.”
