Fire destroys 300 tons of cotton linter

The fire burst out at 12:00 a.m. on February 11, in a cotton processing enterprise in Aksu City,Xinjiang at least destroyed 300 tons of cotton linter, but up to now there was no report of casualties.

It took almost 12 hours for firemen to completely extinguish the fire. This enterprise was constructed last year in southern outskirt of Aksu City and its main operation is cottonseed delinting and oil extraction business. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
