Technocraft issues 83.20 lacs shares

Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd, a leading manufacturer of combed cotton yarn having 36,000 spindle capacity 100% EOU yarn mill depicted in the capital market on 12th February 2007. The company issued about 83.20 lacs shares at a price of Rs. 105.
The shares opened at Rs. 137 in NSE and at Rs. 125 in BSE. The company raised Rs. 87.36 crores for financing additional 25,000 spindle yarn mill, 15 MW power plant and upgrading the engineering divisions.
Technocraft through its subsidiaries also produce high fashion knitwear and owns HAUTE CHILLI brand of high fashion leisure wear.
TECHNOCRAFT , a multi product and multi national group was established in 1972 by a group of technologists with the aim of manufacturing high precision and sophisticated products , mainly for discerning worldwide markets.
Technocraft enjoys a significant position in five main business industries viz., Drum Closures, Pipes & Tubes, Engineering Services, Scaffolding systems & accessories and Cotton Yarn. Several products in computer software and information technology have been added recently.
Technocraft is now a government recognized Foreign Trading House due to its performance in foreign trade and managerial resources.
