Govt allots subsidies for Henan cotton acreage

The central government has officially launched a project to support quality cotton promotion this year.
Henan province is assigned to fund 5.933 million mu of cotton acearage, with 15 yuan for each mu (one hectare = 15 mu).
The total subsidy funds are 89 million yuan. About half cotton acreage in Henan will get subsidies this year.
