Cotton prices stable at Rs2600 per maund

Cotton prices this week started with Rs2600 per maund, and there has not been any notable movement in the prices.
According to Karachi Cotton Association, cotton prices today are stable at Rs2600 per maund.
Today, three cotton stations have recorded transactions of 4200 bales. RYK, Dharki and Ghotki registered transactions of 1000, 2200 and 1000 bales respectively at Rs2675, Rs2650/Rs2700 and Rs2650 per maund.
As per the Cotlook Indices, A Index was 59.85 and B Index stood at 57.35 on March 21, 2007.
