Sabbir Yusuf elected as new Chairman of BJSA

The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to elect Chairman of Bangladesh Jute Spinners Association (BJSA) held at its city office on March, 25, Sunday.
Sabbir Yusuf, the Managing Director of Faridpur Jute Fibres Limited, has been re-elected as the Chairman for two-year term (2007-09).
For the Vice Chairman post Mahmudul Huq, Deputy Managing Director of Janata Jute Mills Limited, was also re-elected.
The other elected members include AKM Shamsul Azam, chairman of Shihab Jute Spinners Ltd, Abul Hossain, MD of AH Jute Spinners and Belting Ltd, Muhammad Shamsul Huda, director of Jute Spinners Ltd, Humayun Kabir, CEO of New Dacca Industries Ltd, Harunoor Rashid, MD of Al-Haj Jute Mills Ltd, and K Mushtaque Wazid, deputy MD of Fatima Alyaf Tala-e-Jute Industries Ltd.
